Near Future 
Many of the wargames terrain buildings are suitable for 'near future' campaigns. We recommend that the buildings are painted to look damaged, decayed and burnt-out!
The Ultra Block is a modular system suitable for 40k, Warzone, Relic Knights, infinity and many more near future or Sci-fi skirmish games. Its also suitable for rpgs such as Traveller.
In addition the terrain trenches are suitable for Warhammer 40k, science fiction rpg/wargames and as 'near future' defences.
The sea wall would make a particularly effective township or city wall. The anti-tank wall series also has items suitable for Warhammer 40k and 'near future' scenarios.
